Renew Prescription
Please have your pharmacy fax us a prescription refill request at (480)-889-6865.
Prescription renewals are handled 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
If your prescription is running low, please do not wait until the weekend or your medication has completey run out. If you are planning to travel out of town, you should also make sure sufficient supply of medicaton is available for use on your trip. We strongly recommend keeping your medication with you at all times while travelling.
